Ernesto Ceijas of Tampa rolls cigars at the Havana Dreams Cigar Factory in Ybor City on Friday afternoon. Carrying out the long tradition that Ybor was founded on, Ceijas says, “I love cigars. Since I was little, 10 years old, my grandmother taught me how to roll cigars.”
